Question about the school development plan: Additional questions

Subject of the question:

Based on the answer to our question about the school development plan, we ask two additional questions.

The SEPL, which was referred back to the BKSP by the district council for further consultation, provided in the resolution for the establishment of a joint school Adolph-Diesterweg-Schule and Johann-Hinrich-Wichern-Schule. It should start at the beginning of the school year 2021/22. Due to the remittance, the necessary KT decision is missing.

Questions:

1.            When is the start of the school expected?

Answer:

The legal situation is that for the implementation of the measure a so-called establishment decision according to § 146 HSchG is required.

The measure itself must in turn be based on an approved school development plan.

This is also communicated with the Hessian Ministry of Culture.

The actual ‘start’ of the cooperative school therefore depends on the decision and, above all, on the approval of the school development plan.

2.            Is the establishment of the Verbundschule the only inclusive measure

in this school development plan?

Answer:

Yes, at least the only measure that needs to be reflected in a school development plan.
