Our more than 400 members with many ideas shape politics and are committed to climate protection and democracy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsibilities of the Executive Board Assistant:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support to the Board in attracting new members and building new local associations in the eastern part of the Main-Kinzig-Kreis (greening of \u2018white spots\u2019 in the Main-Kinzig-Kreis)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organisational support to the Executive Board (including preparation and follow-up of Executive Board meetings, appointments, minutes),<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Member support and administration with party-owned database Sherpa<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organisation of events<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>General office work and communication,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support in public relations including social media<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>This is what you bring with you:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>structured work and a high degree of independence, initiative and responsibility,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ideally experience in dealing with voluntary structures,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>good knowledge of common office programs,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>very good knowledge of spoken and written German,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ability to work in a team, an integrative personality with a high level of communication skills,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flexibility in time and the willingness to work occasionally in the evening or on weekends.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>This is what we offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a meaningful job in a political organisation with room for manoeuvre and a high degree of personal responsibility,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reconciliation of work and family life through flexible working time models,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mobile work\/home office possible,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>an attractive workplace in a central location in Hanau.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00dcNDNIS 90\/DIE GR\u00dcNEN attaches great importance to diversity among its employees.
