BÜNDNIS 90/DIE GRÜNEN Main-Kinzig is looking for committed people who want to take responsibility in the district association and help shape green politics in the Main-Kinzig district together.
⁇ What does the district board do?
The district board is at the heart of our political work in the Main-Kinzig district. Together we design:
- Policy strategy: We develop focal points, campaigns and positions for our district association.
- organisation: We coordinate the work of the district association, support local associations and take care of member questions.
- Publicity & election campaigns: We represent green topics in press, social media and events.
- Responsibility & Teamwork: We stand for open, democratic and solidarity-based cooperation.
⁇ How much time do I need?
- Regular Board meetings: Approximately once a month (2-3 hours).
- Meetings of members of the district (KMVen): Approximately 3-4 times a year.
- Additional tasks: approx. 2-5 hours per week (e.g. communication, organisation, public relations, networking with OVs) depending on the role and time possibilities.
- In campaign times, the time required increases, but we work as a team and divide up the tasks.

- We want to play an active role in shaping green politics on the ground.
- Enjoy teamwork, discussions and organization.
- Openness to new ideas, diversity and different perspectives.
- Don't worry: Previous knowledge is helpful, but not mandatory – more important is your motivation.
