Meeting of the members of the district on 19 January 2022 at 19:30 with the following agenda:

1. Determination of the proper invitation and agenda
2. Adoption of the Protocol of 23.11.2021
3. Welcome by the district board
4. Vote on accountability report, budget planning and medium-term financial planning
5. Presentation of the candidates for the BDK and election of the head of the election, one stellvt. Vice-Chairwoman of the Elections. Electoral Director and Four Electoral Assistants
6. Questions on reports from Bureau, Group and Green Youth
7. Dates and Miscellaneous

Due to the current developments in the corona pandemic, the meeting will take place online.

The delegates for the BDK will be elected by ballot on Saturday, 22 January 2022. You can then vote in the office (Calvinstr. 10, 63450 Hanau). At 2 p.m. the counting takes place.

Candidates for the election of delegates can still register in the meeting on 19.1. If you are interested in running, please contact us in advance kv@gruene-mkk.de, So that we have an overview of how many candidates there are. The Greens Main Kinzig are allowed to send two delegates to the BDK. In addition, two substitute delegates will be elected.
